All five device APIs authenticate against the Catalyst tenant (ID …263390210) with our credentials. Green = connected and data is flowing; amber = connected, just no tests recorded yet (runs the moment your team tests someone).
- In VALD Hub (hub.vald.com / the app), confirm the team/organisation name reads Catalyst.
- Under Settings → Devices / Hardware, each unit — ForceDecks, DynaMo, ForceFrame — should appear paired to the Catalyst account.
- Run one test on each device under a test athlete → it should appear in VALD Hub under that athlete within a minute or two.
- This page's Live Connection Status turns green for a device once our API sees its data — the end-to-end proof.
If a device shows amber and you've already tested on it: it likely isn't paired to the Catalyst tenant in VALD Hub yet (a device-registration step, not an API issue). Send me a note and I'll confirm from the API side and walk through the fix.
